Walk In with Your Guitar for a Free Consultation

We happily accept walk-ins for drop off and free consultations during regular business hours! Feel free to call ahead to see if we are busy.

Overview: During your consultation, we will go over your instrument(s) in detail, take measurements, talk through any issues, and discuss treatment options. If you approve the plan and estimate, your instrument will be entered into our repair queue and you will receive a claim check. We will keep you updated while it is in our care and contact you when it is ready for pickup.

Cost: Repair consultations are always free. You can pay for the repair work when you pick up the repaired instrument.
