Maintenance

We perform regular maintenance on almost all stringed instruments. Setups, Action Adjustment, Bone Saddle and Nut Fabrication, Dryness/Humidity Cracks, Hydration, Deep Cleaning, and Value Appraisals for Acoustic and Electric Guitars for insurance purposes or sale.
Acoustics

Acoustic Guitars of all levels and provenance are our speciality. We perform: brace repair, binding repair, bridge fabrication, removal, and resets, nut/saddle fabrication and maintenance, fret assessment / dressing / refrets, top repair and wood fabrication, finish work and lacquer applications surrounding repair and restoration work on acoustic guitars.
Electrics

We also love Electric Guitars — from 1950’s Les Pauls to Peavey Shredders. We perform: setups (Including Floyd Rose), Tuning Machine Removal & Replacement, Fret Assessment / Dressing / Refrets, Modifications, Bone Nut Fabrication, Neck Removal/Replacement, Assembly of "Partscasters" and more.
Electronics

Input Jack Removal and Replacement (Acoustic + Electric), Acoustic and Electric pickup Removal and Replacement, Full Rewires (Component Replacement), Copper Foil Installation & Induction Painting.
Restoration

We perform in-depth and detailed restorations for instruments in need. We perform neck resets on vintage and heritage instruments, wood fabrication, binding removal and replacement, spray and brush finish work, bridge fabrication, varnish, inlay replacement, and more.
Conservation

Elizabeth holds a degree in Instrument Conservation from Northumbria University. Documentation and assessment of rare, antique, and unique instruments. Treatment proposals and treatment reports with photo documentation before, during, and after treatment. All work performed to standards dictated by the American Institute of Conservation.
